The planned administrative building for the Organization for Engineering Planning of the City of Isfahan was analyzed and optimized in terms of energy performance.
The goal was to improve energy efficiency and thermal performance through targeted design adjustments and detailed building simulations. The focus was on general optimization measures for the building envelope, ventilation, shading, and building systems, as well as specific strategies for glass façades, atriums, open space zones, and coated windows.
The results obtained using modern simulation software were directly incorporated into the technical and architectural design revisions.
