Commissioned by the Maku Free Trade and Special Economic Zone, the architectural and energy concept for the “Ghara Khach” highway service station was developed with a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.
The goal was to realize a forward-looking building that not only meets functional requirements but also actively contributes to environmental protection as a plus-energy building. The design is tailored to the specific conditions of the site and sets new benchmarks for a new generation.
Die nachhaltige Strategie des Projekts basiert auf vier zentralen Säulen: der Minimierung des Energieverbrauchs, der Nutzung erneuerbarer Energien, einem effizienten Umgang mit Wasserressourcen sowie der ganzheitlichen Berücksichtigung ökologischer Kriterien.
